Equine Highlight Hour

Located at the paneled area at the end of the “Equine Alley” in the Pavilion.

Each Stallion Owner, Farm Owner and Breed Association that has a horse at the Expo will be offered (one) 30 minutes to 1 hour time slot during the weekend to highlight their breed, upcoming events, shows, clinics, programming, bloodlines, etc.
Each presenter will have a designated timeframe that they can use within the paneled area with hopes to further promote: horse, gather clients, future members, trainers, sponsors, etc. together in a small group setting for a Q and A time.

Great Lakes Horse Power Hour

Located in the Main Arena.

Allows horses to be showcased ONCE FRIDAY & SATURDAY or ONCE SATURDAY & SUNDAY for 4 minutes.. Horses will be scheduled based on contracts and payments being submitted.
ALL Stallion Owners, Farm Owners, Organizations and Breed Associations that will be showcased must submit a 600 word bio and one 4 minute song.

Equine Alley

Located in the Main Pavilion. Stallions and Gelding are eligible to stall in the Equine Alley.

Showcase your Stallion to mare owners.
Showcase your stallion gelding to showcase your training stable, equine farm or breed association.

The Michigan Horse Expo offers multiple showcase opportunities throughout the weekend.

Stall Information

Initial Stall will be sold as a Stall Section.

(1) One Stall Section 10'x20' Total = (1) One 10'x10' Horse Stall + (1) One 10'x10' Display Stall

Stall Section (10'x20') with 50% payment due with contract. $550 total payment
Stall Section (10'x20') with full payment due with contract. $500 total

*Additional stalls can be purchased with the stall section

Optional Items:

Additional 10'x10' Stall (for additional horse or display stall) $300 per additional stall.
Banner Over Display Area(Optional) 4'x8'. $50 per banner. You provide banner.
Main Arena Banner 4'x8'. $150 per banner. You provide banner.

No refunds for cancellations after January 9, 2026. Any contracts received after January 9 must be paid in full. Exhibitors can be showcased as long as their balance is paid in full by February 12, 2026.

I acknowledge that this application does NOT guarantee I will showcase at the Michigan Horse Expo. Instead this application puts you on a waitlist.
